Dell PE T410 Redundant Power Supply Upgrade Kit M331J
This kit had everything needed to convert from a single 525W non-redundant PSU to redundant 585W PSUs, right down to the screws needed. The parts, although refurbished, looked new and dust-free, with the only sign of prior use being where the screws were (un)tightened. The parts were packaged like they were well aware some delivery drivers deliver packages by throwing them out the truck's window. No instructions were included, but I didn't need them, even though I've never installed redundant PSUs before. And the price of the kit was less than the cost of a single new 525W PSU without the wiring harness.

Quality Kit
Appears to all be genuine Dell parts, they slotted right in to my old sever and got it running again. Shipping was fast and packed well. This is the way to go if you have a PowerEdge T410 or similar in the workstation configuration with a single power supply. The redundant power supply modules are much cheaper and easier to obtain
